Beautifully renovated Nursing Home facility in Dayton, OH is now hiring :
We are seeking individuals to join our team as Seasonal Groundskeepers to assist during the summer months with grass mowing and landscaping maintenance.
The ideal candidates will be familiar with a variety of hand tools and power equipment, including push lawn mowers, zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers, and more.
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining site landscaping.
- Maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation.
- Trimming trees, hedges, and shrubs, and preventing and eliminating weeds.
- Utilizing insecticides, fertilizers, and chemical sprays to treat diseases.
- Keeping grounds free from trash, litter, and debris, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Removing snow by using a shovel or snow blower.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
- Groundskeeping or related experience.
- Experience with hand tools and power equipment preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to meet at Centerville each morning to collect truck and trailer
